    Miguel Cotto vs Saul Alvarez:

This would be a great and make a clear no.1 for the light-middleweight scene.

Alvarez has been hyped for a while now and has dealt with the C level opposition with ease, but the WBC champ need to step up and prove that there is substance behind the hype.

What better way of achieving this than taking on the man many consider the top man in the division future HOF Miguel Cotto.

Alvarez has the natural size advantage and seems physically stronger but maybe lacks the power and speed that Cotto has.

Cotto is much the more experienced and has fought back from adversity many times.

Alvarez has looked very composed in his fight, not being reckless if anything a little to conservative, and Cotto can fight on the back foot when necessary too.

Should be a very good fight, make both fighters some big money and stick two fingers up to Floyd who is trying to rob both of them.

Who wants this light-middleweight unification fight to happen and who going to win an how.

Ya but if Floyd doesn't fight Canelo then he's fighting Cotto. So it's not happening.

No they wouldn't. That PPV does 500k buys and Cotto gets guaranteed 5 mill while Canelo gets 2.5.

          Marg vs Cotto did 600k

This will do 800k maybe more.

And if they are only taking $7.5m between them where is the other $50m going?

They could both talk 15m between them and split it how they see fit.

The main point is, do you want to see this fight and who is going to win?

All of that is inaccurate but I'm not gonna argue with you.

I would love to see the fight and would prefer it over either of them fighting Floyd cause it's a more competitive fight.

Um okay whatever. But Floyd is still fighting either Canelo or Cotto so this fight isn't happening.

                Who have you got winning.

I got Cotto on pts. Alvarez to cause a few problem early on but Cotto getting stronger as the fight continues.

Think Cotto has the power to him down, Alvarez has seen to look a bit shaky after taking punches from some relatively weak punchers.

It won't happen, because Floyd's either fighting one or the other.

I'd favor Cotto by points, right now.
