Bob Arum like him are not has always put his fighters in the ring with the best. From Ali to Leonard to Pacquiao.... Pacquiao doesn't have a record ducking... You don't fight Barrera, Morales, and Marquez (8 times in 5 years) and still be considered a ducker... Like Mayweather fighting guys like Zab Judah after losing to Baldomir....
