I don't get it Mayweather contacted Manny and made an offer that is the first move, so Top Rank can get on the horn to Mayweather and go from where they started or with his people~

Well I get Arum is playing games.

It is just odd to throw that out there though as it doesn't seem to help their cause. Floyd made a move even if he was low balling, they should come back even if low balling then they could be like "at least we tried"

Bob Arum is a behind the scenes guy, which stands in contrast to his job of promoting his fighters because he has to be front and center for that. If a fight were ever made he wouldn't be making it with Floyd and he knows this and so does Mayweather. I think all that Bob is trying to accomplish now is adding more muddy to muddy waters and more ambiguity to a fight he never wanted.

When it comes to winning over fan love Floyd is miserable at it, he's got most of the logic working in his favor and still some folks find fault in him for this fight debacle and for simply being alive....
