I'd rather see Floyd fight Cotto. But either one is a good fight.
Alvarez or Cotto? Who would you rather see Floyd fight?

Yeah I do not think either can beat Floyd but I would rather see Cotto, he has earned it. I think Cotto/Floyd is competitive early, Cotto is a veteran, but after about the 3rd round, Floyd takes over and it becomes a late stoppage or UD. Cotto has been in some wars and Floyd is obviously not a wildman like Margarito but Floyd is just calculated destruction with precision. Floyd would be teeing off on Cotto by the 6th round at the latest, and Cotto's face would start coming apart as it does in almost every fight now. As good as Cotto is, he was just never able to smooth out his transitions from offense to defense and back to offense. Cotto is either total offense or total defense, it has just always been a limitation of his. Granted he is still a great fighter, make no mistake, but he is just not going to beat a Floyd. Also Cotto has overrated power, especially at WW & JMW. Cotto's power prime was at JWW. If Mosley or Ortiz (both faster and harder punchers than Cotto) could not put Floyd away, no way Cotto is. Cotto can get a sweet payday but he gets worked over if that fight is made.Comment

This.Cotto, more experienced at the elite level and has won there too. Canelo hasn't faced anything close to that kind of opposition, his best win is what...Rhodes? Just based on that I'd rather see Mayweather-Cotto. Canelo could very well be the better opponent for all I know but he certainly hasn't proved it.
And can someone explain to me how you go from straight from fighting washed up Cintron to fighting the number 2 p4p fighter in the world?Comment

Too bad Arum and Cotto don't think so..
Kellerman:
"Will you now fight Mayweather?"
Cotto:
"I jus' doink my yob....talk to my plomoter"
LOL
He was just brimming with confidence...
Cotto gets hit with the SAME shots over and over again...he can't box without getting tired.Comment
