Junior welterweight contender Breidis Prescott (25-4, 20KOs) has stepped forward and requested a rematch with Mike Alvarado (32-0, 23KOs). They fought on the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez undercard last November in Las Vegas. Prescott ahead on all three scorecards, was stopped by a bruised and bloody Alvarado in the tenth and final round. Prescott was up 87-84, 87-84 and 86-85 going into the tenth.

That's how it should be. A fighter who wants to avenge a loss

I would prefer to see Mike fight Provo. This is cool as well. Brendis gets KO'd quicker in the rematch.

this is a perfect styles match and a fight that makes sense because really, if it wasn't for the stoppage if Mike never hurt BP he woulda lost cuz BP was winning by a landslide on the scorecard... but Alvarado did what he had to do with his mouth damn near tore off and all and bloodied face damn was a good fight, ENCORE

Mike won't try to box him and let Prescott stay on the outside like he did the first 4-5 rounds last time. When he cut the distance and made it an inside fight, he tore Prescott up.

Funny how he shut his wang sucker about Amir Khan now that Amir will be needing an intriguing opponent learning what America is all about and getting robbed by Washington DC. Now Briedis is running scared because he knows his only claim to fame will be the lucky punch and premature stoppage vs Khan and Khan will de-turd him in the rematch.
