That would be awesome right there man. I think Matthysse would put it on him but the fight would be really good. Matthysse is one of boxing's most underrated guys out there.

It's nice that Alvarado will be on the card, but Top Rank won't put him in with anyone solid from outside of their stable.

They will probably choose an easy opponent for him to look good against.

The only realistic options at 140 in April for Alvarado are like Victor Cayo, Jhoan Perez, Mauric io Herrera, Joan Guzman, etc.

I wouldn't mind any of those for April, but if he wins again, he should get a fight with a top 140 lb fighter. He's 31 already.

I think Alvarado would be the slightly bigger guy. The power would be close to equal.

                I say its 50-50.

I hear that Cayo is trying to move down. Perez seems too green even at 28.

Joan Guzman would not take this fight.

                  How about Paul McCloskey?

Alvarado-McCloskey would be a good fight. If Mike wins, he'll have had wins over Narh, Prescott, and McCloskey within a year, which ain't that bad.

Alvarado-Guzman would be interesting. I remember hearing Guzman wanted to fight Zab Judah, but Paris is already fighting him.

Those are three exciting fighters so far on the card.
