Who is the more talented/skilled boxer. GAMBOA or RIGONDEAUX

Rigo has the better footwork and defense. Different weight classes but evenly matched I pick Rigo. I do think these 2 are both 5 P4P I dont care what anyone says against that...

I've always thought Rigo is the more talented boxer, but I'm a bigger fan of Gamboa.

They are like exact opposites.

Gamboa is flashy, aggressive and really relies on his excellent athleticism.

Rigondeaux is a cool customer who is effective but not always impressively, and while he is also a quality athlete he is more grounded in fundementals.

I would say Gamboa is more talented while Rigondeaux is more skilled.

Tough to say how that would play out it is a pretty classic contrast could go either way, it would come down to who is better in the others strength is Gamboa a better boxer technically than Rigondeaux is an athlete.

I guess if someone put a gun to my head I would say Gamboa as he is more seasoned in the pro ranks.

Gamboa. I'm biased though. He may only look flashier, but he has speed, power, good defense, counter punches and attacks, so while he may not have the technical skill Rigondeaux does, he is better in other areas.
