I wouldnt be surprised if arum doesnt make the fight happen, trying to stick it to mayweather. Cotto is probably the hottest ticket money wise for either fighter, and i doubt arum wants mayweather to fight cotto.

Pac simply is the bigger draw so he decides what weight he wants to fight at. Cotto and any other opponent has to weigh their options and make their decision.
