Lamont should rematch Khan, he didn't really beat him, even with the BS deductions. How did Lamont win more than 3-4 rounds in that fight??? And this is coming from someone who's not even a fan of Khan.

I had that fight 114-111 for Khan, even with the BS deductions. And without the BS deductions, Khan would have been the UD winner.

And I don't buy the "what goes around, comes around" thing with Khan. He beat Maidana fair and square, not by some BS point deductions for "pushing". This is boxing for christ sake.

I actually hope Peterson gets the Marquez fight, so Juan can school him.

I must say as well, I am not a fan of Khan-Mosley. It sounds just like "Let's put Amir in with someone he'll look great against, a completely past his prime Mosley. He'll whoop him, build a bigger name because a lot of casual american fans know who Mosley is". It's a crap fight.

Fight someone like Selcuk Aydin, Jan Zaveck, Senchenko, or Brook.
Why are you mad at Lamont for doing exactly what any other fighter would do if they were in his same position (and granted, he's NEVER been in this position before), so I think he should take full advantage of it. JMM has much more value than Khan, that is indisputable. Hell, I would take that fight too. Khan did himself no favors with the way he acted after the fight, and I think that factored in a little, as to whether Lamont even wanted to give him a rematch. Khan did himself NO favors in or out of the ring. Mind you, I had the fight a draw, so I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch. But, I wouldn't be bothered in the slightest if Peterson decided to take on a P4P-caliber fighter in JMM. Imagine if he beats him, what that could do for his name at this point.

Brook/Hatton supposedly have a fight scheduled, Senchnko/Malignaggi have a fight. Zaveck and Aydin have an unbalanced risk:reward ratio, so I don't think Khan would fight them either. Khan-Mosley will most likely be the one to pop off.

If the shoe was on the other foot, we wouldn't hear the end of it, especially on here. Khan gets a lot of hate.

If this fight doesn't call for an immediate rematch, then I don't know what is? Why should Peterson get a pass for going after the big paycheck instead of clearing up unfinished business? Khan wouldn't get a 'pass' for doing the same and y'all know it. Shit like this is the reason why the arse has fallen out of boxing.

      Double standards = Boxingscne.

I thought the fight was close. With that said it wasn't that controversial of a decision. And as for Khan getting a lot of hate on the forum, maybe it's because he happens to be an overrated whining crybaby.
