    Floyd is a Small Dude

Floyd has been my favorite fighter since Ive seen him in like his 8th fight but he is small. Weight wise he should probally still be at 135 but he just has so much skill that he could go to 154. I remeber I was watching Cottos last fight and the last Chico & Castillo fight.

Then I went back and put in the Floyd vs Gatti tape because I hadnt seen Floyd for awhile. Floyd looked so much smaller then Cotto and the guy he fought and he also looked much smaller then Castillo and Chico who were fighting at 135.

Then tonight he fights at 147, weighs in at 147, and comes into the ring at just 148. He has always had to fight against a big weight advantage but if he fought someone like Margarito who easily gets over 160, then he could have problems but dude is so fun to watch and the weight disadvantage makes it even funner to watch.

Still, 154 might be to much if he can only come in at 148 on fight night. He said he walks around at that weight so that means he would have to gain weight to fight at 154 and he would probally lose a couple of pounds before he made it to the ring, instead of gaining. That might be too much against a guy like Winky

did Floyd look a insy bit slower at 147lbs or thurrr was no difference at all? IMO, I think his elusiveness was still thurrr. Ta fact that he moves up in weight 147lbs and weighed at 148lbs in ta fight shows how much tis guy trains and dedicates himslef. That's ta perfect way to go and I hope ma man Pacquiao can do it aswell tis January. If Pac ways in at about 132-135lbs on fight night gainst Morales, Morales witout a question is done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it was a bad stoppage, Sharmba would of been KOed within another round or 2 but he still could of continued fighting. The thing that REALLY surprised me was Mayweather is actually human. He actually got hit. Honestly, I see a good boxer with a very good chin giving Floyd hell. I smell Mosley

Floyd coming in at 148 was ****ing nuts, thats like the only fighter Ive ever seen do that.I was curious what he would weight.I wonder if he's really going to stay at 147? I guess Cotto-Hatton has to happen now,It's too bad if Floyd just passes on those though,Floyd-Judah better ****ing happen now.

Good post DLT. Karma for you.

I agree that Floyd is a small guy and I actually think that 147 should be as high as he goes. If he fights at 154 he could be going against guys coming in at 165 the night of the fight.

He should stay at 147 and fight Judah, Margarito and then let Cotto and maybe Hatton come to him.

I must admit, I noticed it too. Mayweather look vulnerable a couple times in the fight. But hey he still won and won clearly.

He looked vulnerable because he came out going for a knock out. He was trying to make an impression.

Honestly Floyd looks a little vulnerable to the body also, something Hatton does very well.

same thing i said...ive seen him in person...hes little as hell..when he was fighting at 135 he wasnt even bigger then those guys..judah is bulit more solid then floyd mayweather..mayweather needs to stay at 140 or 135..because margarito is too big ans strong for him
