Birmingham’s Frankie Gavin will meet Scottish southpaw Gary McMillan on the undercard of Nathan Cleverly’s WBO light-heavyweight title defence against Tommy Karpency at Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena on February 25. Barry Mcguigan stated that Gavin has the potential to be the biggest waste of talent British Boxing has ever seen. He’s being proved right.

The kid’s head is obviously fucked and when that happens, warrior or not you need support from the people around you. I just don’t see it. I really don’t.

Amateur trainer for a pro fight. Wtf?
