Bute says a lot of things about fights he wants and lengths he is willing to go to yet he never finds himself in the ring against a decent opponent.

They say they will go somewhere then they enter into a negotiation and say "well we can draw a bigger gate in Montreal so it doesn't make sense to agree to go anywhere, Lucian can stay home, fight a bum and make the same money."

I guess Showtime thought that Ward would fight Bute but they thought wrong thats what happens when you deal with boxing.
