Chavez Jr is going to kick the **** out of Rubio. However, I think Roach and Ariza will get way too much credit for it.

Also I too think that Jr should be hitting a tire with a sledge hammer rather than the bat on the heavy bag.

it is funny reading ppl criticizing the fact he is hitting a punching bad with a bat. How many of you guys are conditioning coaches or have qualification in that field. I'm gonna take a leap here most of you don't (if some of you do then I'm sorry).

Ariza suggests that this exercise is better than hitting the tyre or chopping wood as it simulates the punching action better, you don't punch downwards as the tyre exercise imply.
