It's safe to that this fight would do over 120million in PPV revenue.

If the fight does Floyd-Oscar numbers at $70.00 that would generate 168,000,000. After the cables and satellite companies get their cut that would leave like $84,000,000. Lets say 4million on the undercard(you know it's going to be weak and whatever other expenses) that might leave Floyd with 40mil plus the rest of the revenue like Live gate and whatever else that Pac won't be able to get.

But, if it breaks Oscar-Floyd record and they charge more than 70 bucks which is possible. Floyd can walk away with way more than Pac. But, it's still somewhat of a gamble.
the live gate will shatter records too. And your numbers are only if it does oscar-floyd numbers, which everyone agrees it will do even better. Also doesn't include any other outside money like sponsors, etc.

Do the maths, PPV from this fight alone will make somewhere in the region of $150m.

Hence why I said Natas "plus the rest of the revenue like Live gate and whatever else that Pac won't be able to get."

I said 168mil using Floyd-Oscar numbers and 70 bucks a pop. Now the fight can break Floyd-Oscar buys and/or be more than 70 bucks.

The gate would do well over $20 million as well which you have to add in there as well plus any outside sponsors which should be easy as hell for a fight this big.

Trust me, a $40mil flat rate of the richest fight in boxing history is low considering floyd & pac are the two biggest stars in the sport by far. Only they together can make this happen not floyd vs ___ or pac vs ___ it can only happen if they fight eachother.

right so pac wouldn't be able to get any of the $20+ million gate, etc.

what a joke of an offer man.

If the article hadn't been edited Manny stated the only reason he is so set on a 50/50 split is because Arum has led him to believe he will guarantee PAC more than 40 mil.

It is not an offer it is a way for Floyd to turn down the fight yet keep the fan boys happy.

It is funny how this was never an issue before, how many times had Floyd said take the test an the fight happens.

I've always said no matter what Pacquiao does Floyd will always have an excuse, the only thingthat surprises me is how some still can't see this.

honestly, as a floyd fan, this was a ***** move from floyd.....

i give him props for giving this a shot, but had manny agreed to this, this would have been highway robbery, sorry floyd but who the *** do you think you are to demand everything... lets be real, dude set the date and venue and on top of that wants to dictate how much his opponent will get pay??? he goes on and on about arum being a thief and yet here he is trying to rip off pacquiao..... dude just shut the *** up.... the whole thing on twitter was nothing more than to save face

this whole thing has been nothing more than a circus, *** em both... and i hope you all finally get it through your head... this fight will never happen .. some of you cling on to this fight like your first girlfriend... you gotta tell that ***** to kick rocks and just move on already
