there is no way anybody can justify a 100%-0% split.

floyd might aswell of offered him a blow job, more chance of him accepting that.
A 100%-0 split? Where did you see that?

Funny how Floyd told Pac, by fighting him it would be the most he'd ever make in his career... same goes for you Floyd.
While 40million is a lot and any other boxer would take it in a heartbeat, it will probably be about $60m less of what Floyd will take if the fight does the number we expect.

We all know that ain't right and Pacquiao could never accept that deal.

Dude, Manny is hurting for money, he's not taking home 20 million per fight.

        • Just curious - what if Mayweather never accepts the 50-50. How does he earn that fighting someone else? Sergio Martinez/Canelo is the closest he could get, but nowhere near the Pac fight which could be 45-60 mill, my guess. It would not make sense for him to not budge when Pac is the only product that brings him that kind of money. Its not like a car dealership where he can go to another dealer who is willing to take his offer. There's only one dealership that sells the Pac product.

Look up his written guarantees he's getting and you will see their in the 7 million dollar range. Floyd has been making 40 million plus since he came back, he will make that his next fight and future fights that is a fact. The intrigue is can Manny beat the undefeated Floyd not the other way around which is the main selling point of this fight.
Stop telling lies, Floyd guarantee against Ortiz was $25m, and Pacquiao guarantee against Marquez was $22M.

They both had a cut of the PPV since Pacquiao vs Marquez did much better I would not be surprise if Pacquiao walked away with more cash.

                http://www.badlefthook.com/2011/9/16...rtiz-2-million

According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Floyd Mayweather Jr has a $25 million guarantee for tomorrow night's fight, while opponent and defending WBC welterweight titleholder Victor Ortiz is guaranteed just $2 million.

For comparison's sake, Manny Pacquiao was guaranteed $20 million for his May 7 fight with Shane Mosley, and Mosley was given a $5 million guarantee. Juan Manuel Marquez also has a $5 million guarantee for his November 12 fight with Pacquiao, and a rematch clause should he win that would give him $10 million for a rematch.

                Figures for the Vegas undercard:

Erik Morales ($350,000) vs Pablo Cesar Cano ($100,000)

Jessie Vargas ($100,000) vs Josesito Lopez ($30,000)

Pacquiao doesn't rob his opponent blind like Mayweather does.

                Ortiz got $2m
Marquez probably walked away with $8M

                And stop telling lies.

Mayweather would retain 100% of the money generated from pay-per-view, and other various sources of revenue. Pacquiao turned the offer down and requested an even 50-50 split, which Mayweather rejected.

This is what happens when a idiot tries to be business man. He thinks the world owes him something...(as usual) First off he never wanted the fight...And there is a reason this fight isnt happening. It because of ridiculous demands by Mayweather. The world knows it.

You think PPV revenue only goes to fighters or something? Newsflash, it doesn't.
