40 mil guaranteed is way more money than bob would ever give manny. So hate all you want but I remember pac fans saying floyd just turned down more money than he ever got, now the shoe is on the other foot and suddenly it's ok to turn down that money? No the 40 million is for the Pacquiao camp, out of that he will have to pay Arum, pay Roach their cut, pay Ariza and everyone else.

This fight will generate around $200 million, Pacquiao and Mayweather will split around $150 million.

So is it fair for Pacquiao to take around 30% while Floyd gets 70%

Especially when Pacquiao is the bigger star and bring in more PPV as shown in their recent PPV events.

Floyd is only saying this because he doesn't want to fight Pacquiao.

Whenever Pacquiao agrees to one of Floyd's demands, Floyd put up another road block.

Do you even know what a guarantee means..lol..Do you think Pac is just making 7.4 M .. A guarantee is only good if the fight is a risk of not making money... But for Floyd, and Pac fights this thing doesnt matter since you know its going to get at least 80M revenue..

40 Million is more than generous and really speaking it could have been negotiated in such a way that Arum would not receive a dime. He'd get his guaranteed purse of around 7 million along with 40 making 47 million dollars.

You guys are ignorant. The offer is for manny, not bob arum. Manny would have to pay his people, but floyd wants him to promote hisself and cut out top rank.

For you morons who talk about 50/50, who would promote the event? Top rank and mayweather promotions aren't going to co-promote. Floyd just offered manny not only a fight but a better promotional deal than arum would ever give him.

A fair split of revenue will not work. That's why floyd is offering the 40 million dollar flat fee. He then will put up all the cost of promoting the fight.
