If this fight comes to fruition Cotto will bring it as he always has and always will !!! Like to see it at 150 or higher but we'll see. It depends on who and what weight , but if your at your best weight 9 out 10 times being forced lighter will hurt you , by how much is subjective , if your forced heavier it will lower your best performance form because your a bit slower but your stronger , going up wont hurt you unless its a ridicules rise .
