leading up to the 1st fight i didn't really favor either one but i thought it'd be nice for ortiz to upset berto. what a performance they put on. i'm leaning a bit towards ortiz more convincingly now cause i think he should be able to proof the first fight wasn't a fluke and be able to come back strong after that mayweather loss. also, berto and his team did make up excuses in the beginning when the loss was fresh and even hinted towards ortiz using steroids, so it'd be nice to see ortiz beat him again while proving with vada testing that he's legit.
if berto loses, it'll just be seen as ortiz has his number. if ortiz loses, then it's a big fall downhill for him. i mean people are already hinting towards a "fernando vargas" type of career. some of the stuff he says is pretty ****** but imo he's an entertaining fighter, hopefully he is able to get the W in this rematch and continue on to bigger things once again. also, i badly want to see ortiz/maidana II, so hopefully both of them win their next fights.

I want Ortiz to win but I got the feeling that Berto losing in the first match was more Berto undesestimating Ortiz rather than Ortiz having Berto's number. On top of that, Berto had Ortiz ready to go in round six before getting knocked down with that weak left hook.

This isn't a Berto fan here. I was ecstatic when Ortiz beat him but I doubt he'll pull it off again.

Berto dislikes pressure and Ortiz will be forcing him back but Berto will be aware of Victor's flaws and be able to somewhat capitalize on them. By the end of the night, we'll have a hard fought but clear 116-112 decision for Berto.

That's just my opinion, though. I hope I'm wrong.

Unless he catches Ortiz with a huge shot and finishes him, he's still going to lose. Ortiz has 12 round stamina. He is competing in triathlon's and other stuf in his spare time. He's bigger, fitter and stronger.

Berto is getting dropped again multiple times, I can assure you people. Just wonder is he'll see the final bell.

I would be more happy if I seen pics of him working on his footwork and chin and stamina...Being big won't win this fight for him,and it's not the reason he lost the last fight..Hopefully he knows that...
