Pavlik is so bad, I can actually see some 140-147 guys beating him at 160. If Pavlik ever becomes champ at MW again, and Floyd wants an easy 6th title, Pavlik is the way to go. I feel bad that JT lost to him.

You are right, Cotto was the best WW champion Pacquiao could have fought at the time. Forget the #1 WW and WBA champion Shane Mosley, or the undefeated, younger and fresher WBC champion Andre Berto. Cotto was the way to go, at 145lbs at that. Cotto was not the weakest link though, it was Zaveck, so Cotto was the second worst champion at WW, winning his WBO title when it was vacant against the great Michael Jennings.
