thats bull****.Too bad he never fought the best at welter, while Cotto took his lunps and fought all..
Maybe Cotto should've retired or fought Baldomir to be equal.
Mayweather's retirement and ducking of Margarito gets zero points with me.
At least Cotto fought Murderer's row in their prime.Comment

Which given the circumstances being Diego was ranked highly on people's P4P list, was undefeated and had a ridiculously high KO%. And Floyd completely schooled him and floored him 5 times. Floyd was even the betting underdog going in.
That alone is better than anything Cotto has done.
Oh and here's a fun fact: Floyd has been the lineal champ of 3 separate weight classes. Cotto - 0.Comment

Mayweather has no losses. Cotto has two. One of the losses is by Manny Pacquiao, someone who Mayweather will probably beat if they fight. To me it's not who you fight, it's who you beat. Cotto has good names on his record but he has been beaten. Mayweather has just about as many good names and he has beaten all of them. Does that make sense?Comment

Ok who did mayweather fight in 2004? in 2008?
No one.
Cotto fought Margarito, why didn't Mayweather want any of that?
Was it because of retirement or something?
Enlighten me.
