I think floyd is insane, he laid down a bundle of demands and it seems he stood on it, why talk if at the end result nobody will give way. Is floyd think he can get the equal amount of money if he fight other guy? w/ a 50-50 split i think he can get double or triple the amount if he fight pac.

Pac deserves 50 50 at least cos people pay to watch Pac. People only pay to watch Floyd lose, so its in pacs favour or should be. Floyds getting the chance to silence a lot of critics, with the chance pac is giving him, so floyd should be happpy to give 5o. Maybe floyd wants more because he is expecting a hefty bill from Pacs with the court case.

Atlas talking sense for a change. He may get fight predictions of pac wrong all the time, but this he got right.

Why are people so jaded by the prospect of Floyd not really wanting 50/50 for a "fight of this magnitude"? The golden goose that this fight is chasing is the Floyd vs ODLH fight. And guess what...despite Oscar being on the tail end of his career he still got the A-side of the promotion, the larger split, ring size, glove size, and weight. Look at what FLOYD gave up to make a fight of "this magnitude" to happen. Now just cause it's Floyd, all of a sudden for the holder of the highest ordered fight and largest gate amount in history to ask for more than 50/50 is unfair....This is a business and it was here before Floyd and it will be here after Floyd. Get the hate out of your hearts and realize the reason this fight has any steam to it is because Manny is being promoted as the guy that could beat Floyd...not the other way around. The subconscious thinking of that let's you know who the dictator is.

And for the record...I don't get any money from this fight and as a fan I would love for Floyd to accept 50/50 if that is truly the only hurdle left to clear. But again this is a business, so I'm not hating on any of them for getting their business straight....just like when Pac was willing to walk away from the Hatton fight of 1%...it's a business, baby!

Sorry, but when Floyd was seeking a fight with DLH he wasn't nowhere near to what Pac is today... He was not a global icon that pushes products around the world. Floyd was not a FOTY or Fighter of the Decade... Floyd was not getting 20 million plus purses. He hadn't even got a 10 million purse yet... Floyd was not constantly selling million plus PPV events. I think up until that point his only PPV was Gatti, Judah, and Baldomir and what were those numbers??? So to say that Floyd in '07 was the same or has the same marketing power as Pac'12 is a joke... Floyd was lucky to get a 60/40 split with DLH and a 50/50 with Pac is a more than fair offer from the guy that has sold more total PPVs than him and is the 3 time FOTY and the FOTD and boxing's only 8 division champ with 4 lineal titles and a global icon and has been invited to the White House by the 1st Black President... Shouldn't ***** have invited and had his picture taken with the undefeated so called king??????? No he choose Pac cause he aint no fool!!!
