Floyd is acting like a little kid. The man asked for 50-50, who cares what he said in passing to the media. You dont negotiate in the media anyway.

If Pac had 50-50 the first time around, why in the hell would he take less after agreeing to OSDT. Floyd's getting cute like his fans

Anyway it doesnt matter, because Arum never wanted it in the first place and Floyd doesnt seem serious. I thought he was coming around and finally getting respect but he blew it.

A side of me is thinking this is all a bunch of bullshyt. Why are negotiations taking place in the media like this? Is this promotion or is this ****** shyt real? I've been an avid defender of Floyd for years now and I need some degree of encouragement to not go in on Floyd, especially if he rides this refusal of a 50/50 into a breakdown of the fight.

          Pacquiao PPV
          1) Delahoya (1.25)
          2) Hatton (800,000)
          3) Cotto (1.2)
          4) Clottey (700,000)
          5) Margarito (1.15)
          6) Mosley (1.3)
          7) Marquez II (1.3)

How in the hell does Pacquiao not deserve %50?
          Look at his numbers.

Unfortunately the only battle of one-upmanship these two will have is in the media

I'm done with these dudes man.
Boxing is dead when you can't even match the two best.

Like the NBA with no finals
                NfL with no superbowl
                MLB with no worldseries

                  Maybe this will help....

                  http://www.mb.com.ph/articles/345203...-smaller-purse

It's funny how stans conveniently sweep ignorance like the above article under the rug.

50/50 seems fair, but the fact of the matter is that the guy stated that he'd take a smaller purse to fight. Again, I reiterate that 50/50 is alright, but let's not act like the guy didn't backtrack for the 97th time. Mayweather called the guy out at the end of November and that article where guy makes the statement is from December 17th.

                    THIS.

Both sides had (and in Floyd's case made) other plans long before any meaningless tweets, phone calls, etc were made. Now they're just playing the public relations game so they can say "See, I tried, it wasn't my fault. The other guy is scared. Now gimme $60-70 for this bull**** fight".

Fight was never meant to be. Best case scenario is they fight real challenges or interesting fights and no more cash grab scams with the same played out marketing. Too much to hope for though I suppose
