I said official win (assuming Marquez would officially win), and yes I think it would be a greater single win than any of those you mentioned. Barrera is the best win you listed and he was past it while Marquez was near prime, they are also a similar size. In the case of Peterson, Marquez is waaaay past it and at a big size disadvantage against a good fighter coming off his best win in his prime.

JMM is the MAN!!! *****iao is clown. JMM will get in there like the warrior he is and fight real challenges. I love watching such a superb technician fight, JMM paints masterpieces. He has been on the wrong side of 3-4 decisions too, it is so sad. His only real legitimate loss was to Floyd so in my eyes he really only has like 1-2 losses. I don't count the BS two that they gave Manny over him.
