Manny was just as fault the first time around everything he wanted was agreed on glove, weight, 10 Million over weight penalty, ring size, he walked over a simple test. In which Mayweather compromised up to a 14 day cut off. Half of the original offer of what Manny wanting a 30 day cut off. When fans discovered he had blood drawn out 21 Days before the Hatton fight, only then did he drop it to a 21 day cutoff. And walked.

The blaming "both" option was always there for people being objective.
