    For the most part Hop should be ready. My only question would be what if Hopkins gets into trouble in the fight? Thats the time he will want Bouie in the corner with him.

      I don't think there's anything else that Fischer can teach or coach to Hopkins. At this point in his career, Bernard should be able to function without his trainer in his corner telling him what to do. If Jermain beats Hopkins convincingly in the rematch (I don't argue with the decision in their last fight) it's because Taylor proved to be the better fighter.

        With the circumstances with someone on his side being ill, is there a chance that Hopkins will come out and put on an all-time performance? I think that Hopkins is going to win anyway, but could these turn of events motivate him even more, as with Douglas vs. Tyson? I know it isn't quite as extreme as with "Buster" but maybe. Not that Hopkins is going to be a huge underdog like Douglas was though.
