I wouldn't be suprised if both sides collaboarted on the excuses to feed the public.

The majority of the boxing public wants the fight, Bob Arum just sells the shyt that he wants to sell. The problem is that there is so many gullible fans that he will sell the fight like the most dangerous opponent yet for Pac and they will buy it.
