Name another fight where the fighter was allowed to defenselessly stagger around the ring for almost a minute without it being stopped? And in this case it just so happen that Khan was the show's promoter. BS!!!! The other way around and Khan would've scored a 10 round stoppage. Maidana had him out on his feet when Cortez stepped in and rescued Khan. All this is supposedly because idiots think Khan has a rat's ass of a chance against Floyd. I was a fight fan before Floyd and will be one long after him so you clearly got it twisted thinking I'm in this for Floyd and not boxing.Comment

Im still not taking his word for it. Its not like he's going to volunteer to say something bad. Also, who would have 9-9-9 after 3 rounds when it was 10-8 Khan after 1 with the knockdown and if I remember right, Peterson clearly won the 3rd round on everyone's cards.
If not then it still shouldve been an 8 for Peterson after 1 so IDK if I believe his story. Either that or Maybe the total number was right and the guy had 9 on accident. Maybe he had three 9's and had the total score of 26 but that was because he meant to have 8-9-9. Therefore maybe he corrected it but he did it in the wrong way. Maybe they made the score 27 when really it was supposed to be 26 as the judge had it and the 9 was wrong.
Either way you dont put your nose in it. If you do then dont say that it should be 27. Just say that its not adding up right and tell him he should go back to the judge to check what he meant exactly. He's also trying to talk like he barely remembers what it was exactly but you know that he knows what he corrected. Let's be real about this, if Khan would've won the decision there wouldn't be any controversy and there wouldn't be a rematch. He would be running his mouth about how great he is and how he plans to be the king of the hill. He apparently believed his own hype but Peterson didn't believe it and fought like a man that was insulted by the fact that this arrogant prick thought he could just roll into his hometown and steamroll him. Khan forgot to steamroll his opponent and damn near got steamrolled himself. The rest is history.Comment
