Both fighters have great defense. However, Byrd has something that Toney no longer has, mobility.

I take Byrd on the best defense.

Yeah, but Rockin' as they pointed out in his last fight. Toney at 230-something seems to be more mobile now than when he was in weight divisions where he would have to drain himself to make weight.
In his fight with Guinn he was moving around from time to time.

You just wait, Wlad will get the same handfull of votes he does in any poll. They Nut Huggers seem to think that any poll that has a Klitschko is asking "Who is your favorite of the following..."

Toney's D is better than Byrd's because it puts him in a better position to counter.

Plus, Byrd is a lot more hittable than he was a few years ago.

Yea I dont know why Wlad is up there defense has been a problem. Rahman shouldnt be up there either, he just sticks out his arms. Ive never seen Brock fight but I doubt he should be up there. Definitely a toss up between Toney and Byrd.
