And all Manny has done is piggy back off Floyds name. They both fought Oscar and Mannys fight did a million less than Floyds. He never became a star until after his name was linked to Floyd. If Manny had any real balls he wouldve paid Marquez a million bucks to step aside and he would of gotten his as$ beat back then in 09. He wouldnt even fight Floyd coming off of a 21 month layoff.

You know why Guerrero is back in the headlines? Because Mayweather Promotions is unable to land a Mexican fight in Canelo. They won't pay what Canelo's asking for. Of course, Canelo's a proud Mexican, not someone who thinks of himself as a cherrypick and sparring partner. Plus he's young, he's not in a hurry. He has more brains than Martinez.

Anyways, back to Guerrero. After Mayweather fans unanimously boo'd out of contention Guerrero. Here he is back being softened up in the media to be May's next fight. Floyd's got no options really. He does not want to fight Pacquiao. Canelo won't bite his chump change. And Guerrero's a soft foe who can be beaten and available.

He gets press by using Mayweather's name, just like Bob Arum has done with Pacquiao. So any day now we'll have folks on this forum and on others saying Mayweather's ducking Guerrero.

I'm not fan of Mayweather, but this Guerrero is a joke. He cancels his fight with Marcos Maidana, claiming torn rotator cuff. Allegedly has surgery, then rather than reschedule his fight with Maidana, he calls out everyone else in Boxing, namely Mayweather. He's either scared to death of Maidana, and I get that, as is Mayweather. Floyd rather than figth Maidana who destroyed Ortiz in 6 rounds, Floyd opts for Ortiz anyway!!! SO Guerrero is either afraid of Maidana for the same reason, or he knows his shoulder was legitimately injured, will never be the same, and he needs to sell himself into ONE big payday, as his going away present from Boxing, when he can't pull the trigger and fire punches with the arm he had surgically fixed. Should he get exposed by Maidana that way, he never gets that payday with a Mayweather or Pacquaio. Guerrero hasn't beaten anyone credible, or top ranked to warrant such a title shot anyway. He has a hand picked, protected record like most these fighters today have, and he's seeking to do a "SELL JOB" for one big payday. Have him go reschedule with Maidana and see how he comes out of that fight. Have hiim go fight Cotto, someone that will make him fight every round.

Way better opposition like who? Clottey (scrub), Margarito (scrub and drained), Cotto (drained), Daiz (im not even gonna state the obvious), Hatton (Already exposed), Marquez (36 rounds and their talking about doing it again.) Really, Were not talking Rafa Marquez/Isreal Vasquez here. Mosley (after a loss and a draw had no business being in the ring with the interm p4p1). That resume doesnt seem all that impressive to me.

Furthermore, all that doesnt hide the fact that Team Pacquiao has pus$y footed around this whole Mayweather saga for the past 3 years. And Mayweathers never changed his position. All hes ever asked for was the blood and urine testing. That hasnt changed. Pacs still gonna have to take it if they ever fight. As far as Pacs position goes. Can anybody count on 2 hands how many times Team Pacquiao have changed their minds or plans? How many excuses they have came up with? Face it Bob Arum is ruining your heros reputation.
