Didn't see anything funny about it, other than the expression on his face, which was involuntary. You seem to go for "funny" items, like, I suppose, your user name is "funny" to you, but deeply offesive to Philippinos and other cultures which have regarded dogs as food animals.......like some early American Indian Tribes for instance.
I see nothing funny about your name, just a crude attempt to insult. -
Then I pity you for having a “still born” sense of humour.Didn't see anything funny about it, other than the expression on his face, which was involuntary. Couple of questions: What authority do you have to speak on behalf of the ENTIRE population of the world that have regarded dogs as food animals at some point in history? Filipino or otherwise? Also, if in future you once again feel compelled to speak in much the same way, try and make sure you can spell the reference to said people CORRECTLY.
What POSSIBLE other reason, except for the involuntary facial expression, could I have for posting that under “funny?” What exactly are you implying? (Rhetorical)
Fella, if I wanted to waste my time insulting people/nations I’d never met or visited, I most certainly wouldn’t do it with a cheeky name and a ****** picture of a dog. Which incidentally I ripped from a M Marley article about Manny P.
Freedom of speech allows me to hold any opinion I want, about any subject or person I wish, providing that it doesn’t incite hatred, violence etc. against/toward them.
I enjoy surreal comedy. For that reason alone, I consider the combination of the name and the picture funny. Not because other cultures consider dogs as food animals.
For me, that’s all there is to it but I will say this. I’m British and having had to endure an entire lifetime of listening to people complain about how god awful our nation’s “cuisine” is, I really have NO TIME for anyone that couldn’t see the name and picture for what it is and took “deep offense” from it. Really none of my concern.
I see nothing valid in your argument, just a crude attempt at intelligence.
Don’t bother to contact me again. I find it makes for too much ****** in the room.Comment

lol I don't think anyone will be contacting you from this forum shortly, because you will be banned for ignorance. Freedom of speech doesn't pertain to hate/racism, and we all know what you intend with your "funny" name. Get an education you pathetic waste of air. Then I pity you for having a “still born” sense of humour.

Under the Law of the United Kingdom, "incitement to racial hatred" was established as an offence by the provisions of §§ 17-29 of the Public Order Act 1986. It was first established as a criminal offence in the Race Relations Act 1976. The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 made publication of material that incited racial hatred an arrestable offence.
This offence refers to:
deliberately provoking hatred of a racial group
distributing racist material to the public
making inflammatory public speeches
creating racist websites on the Internet
inciting inflammatory rumours about an individual or an ethnic group, for the purpose of spreading racial discontent.
Holocaust denial is not covered under this legislation, but laws against incitement to hatred against religions were later established under the Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006. However this legislation is not present in Scotland.Comment
