I have alway said the american boxing media doesnt want this fight, If they did they would have put a lot more pressure on Arum and Pacquiao but they let them get away with ducking a drug test and they support it, The way i look at it at that time was this fight would never happen unless the american boxing media start been unbiase and stop taking money from Arum for sponsporship or whatever and put pressure on him to make the fight from Pacquiao's side.

In amateur competition, if you refuse or avoid the testing protocol..... you are stripped, banned, and instantly labeled a drug cheat.

But even though no athlete in history has ever walked away from his career-best payday by refusing random blood tests, nobody said a thing when Pac did it, not one damn thing.
