Me and some buddies are contemplating driving down from Canada to St Louis for the Maidana fight cause its pretty cheap tickets. Or is it not even worth it, how is the atmosphere in St louis, i know its not like Vegas but is it still fun enough to drive 17 hours down there? By the way i think the fight is gonna be a really good one. Also is there anything to do in St Louis?
Whose watched an Alexander fight in St Louis?

Yep, that would put you on the floor. The seating is good as well. Especially at the Scottrade when they don't use the entire building. I went to the Spinks-Judah II fight and they used the whole building and it was a sell out, that atmosphere was CRAZY!hows the seating, i would get tickets in section A i checked yesterday row 7 section A, is that floor?

I was there last year for Alexander-Mattyhsse. The atmosphere was good, pro Alexander obviously, but it was good for all the undercard fights too. If you are looking for stuff to do and have never been there I would suggest going up in the Arch, the Budweiser brewery, City Museum and Art Museum. The Lumiere Casino is nice if you want to do some ******** and the Landing has some good bars and food if you want to drink and eat. If you go a little outside of downtown there is some cool stuff around Delmar Ave like record stores, head shops etc.... So overall if you are already thinking of making the trip, them yes I would suggest it for you.Comment
