Marco Huck (34-1, 25 KOs), the WBO's cruiserweight champion, wants to make German boxing history by becoming the first champion in the country since the legendary Max Schmeling. Huck is going to challenge WBA "regular" champion heavyweight Alexander Povetkin (23-0, 16 KOs) on February 25 in Stuttgart, Germany. The move by Huck has been questioned by many, but the German boxer saw his manuever as the most logical step.
