Mayweather can change the date with no problem. I don't even think it would require a motion be filed or a specific ruling by the court. But if so, that could be easily accomplished.
Floyd's attorney's would simply have to file a motion to modify the court's earlier ruling (if that ruling specifically required Floyd to fight on May 5th.).
The court would grant the motion without question. The judge already gave Floyd until June 1, to report to jail, so I am quite sure she would allow the fight to take place on the 19th.
The reasons for allowing Floyd to remain free until June are just as valid whether the fight takes place on the 5th or 19th. Remember, the court delayed Floyd's reporting date because the fight would help stimulate the Vegas economy.

How I see the fight - the first 2 rounds Pac crowds Mayweather....wins them, then Mayweather starts timing Pac with brilliant counters. Pac's work rate decreases like all Mayweather's opponents and he gets frustrated. Mid rounds Pac stuns or drops Mayweather, Mayweather collects himself perfectly and snaps Pac's head back repeatedly with booming rights and dominates to the end to a 116 to 110 or 118 to 110 decision.
