pardon me for feeling this way, but i think boxing is a young man's game

you get more out of a young fighter during his fights

the stretching of the career of boxers is part of the reason why the sport is doing so poorly

showcase the talents in it's damn prime!
thats what all the other sports are doing


i think perez will put up a decent fight before he gets outclassed and stopped


and maidana will probably catch up to alexander and come from behind to stop him.

i cant afford them certainly, so i'm no authority, but i'm pretty sure you have to spend an amount of money that perez and broner at this stage cannot afford to buy a world class suit and have it taylored

i think they cost a couple grand on the low end for a world class one



everybody other than maidana looks very heavy
i cant get over the weight perez carries in his face between fights. i'm pretty sure i remember him talking about his athletic career before boxing and he was a runningback in football

you gotta figure he was at least 50 lbs above his fighting weight for that
at least. even in high school
