Yeah, the thread's as trivial as Hell and it's another heavyweight one again, but this is come to mind because I've seen a couple of solid heavyweight chins that have seriously impressed me:
1. Sam Peter. We all know Wlad was keeping something back, but this guy was being whacked all night long for 12 (okay, 11) rounds and only looked like going down once. And that was when the fat bloater was knackered. Solid chops.
2. Sinan Samil Sam. I've seen this guy four or five times now, and he showed it against Maskaev (the same Maskaev who put Rahman through the ropes and reportedly KOd Vitali in one during the amateurs) the other night. The look of disheartenment on Oleg's face as he slams punch after punch in this guy's mush... only for him to scarcely blink and keep walking.
Obviously a s****** at Wlad will come into the thread before long, but also mentions out for: Brewster, Vitali (come back!), Danny Williams, Chris Byrd, Matt Skelton (so far) and, of course, the inimitable James Toney.
Biggest question mark: Audley Harrison. In his defence, I've yet to see the guy take a solid shot. We'll find out one way or the other on December 10th I guess, though people point to his body language as a sign that he hasn't got the best whiskers in the world. We'll see.
