12 rounds, Pacquiao UD. Lamotta comes on in the championship rounds but too late to mount a comeback.

15 rounds, the Raging bull walks Pac down in the later rounds, TKO Lamotta.

It depends on who's doing the time traveling. If Lamotta goes into the future, Arum won't make the fight happen until the effects of time travel get to Jake's body. If Pacquiao goes back into the past, he won't perform as well due to the fact that he'll miss his family, friends and country of his era, gravely effecting his focus.

Jake LaMotta is 90 years old, I doubt he can make 160 anymore. But if he can, I say Manny by brutal KO early.

                Seriously...

LaMotta was actually skilled, Margarito wasn't.

                LaMotta TKO5.

Yeah Pacquiao will use his superb boxing skill to outsmart LaMotta! Ray Robinson couldn't do that but, hey! Who the hell cares, am I right?
