Logical Reason for Not Fighting May 5th?

Has pac's camp presented a logical reason for not fighting on may 5th? and please if you are a pacquiao fan do not counter with "what's mayweather's logical reason for not fighting in late may?" I will provide 2 reasons why that is a pointless counter-argument...

1. Mayweather was the first to state a date. If pac's camp cannot fight on this date, fine...but you must provide a logical reason you can't. The opposite applies also. If pac's camp had called out mayweather with a specific date first, then it would be up to mayweather to provide a reason for changing the date.

2. Please do not act like you dont understand the fact that the reason mayweather got his jail time postponed is because his lawyers argued the may 5th date was already set and could not be changed. now whether this is actually true or not he cannot slap the judge in the face now and change it after he said he couldn't...

Bob Arum said MGM is fine if they go in late May. Therefore the stadium is not the reason for not fighting at may fifth.

Logic does not rely on proof to be valid.

The logical reason behind it is the judge stated he will be granted a sentence postponement due to contractual obligations.
Those contractual obligations is to MGM on may fifth for all we know.

I would guess (just speculating) that it would be possible to change that, but there needs to be a solid reason as to why.
If there's no valid reason for not fighting on may fifth i don't see how anyone could ask for the potential hassle of changing it given the potential risk/restrictions involved.
