Vicente "El Loco" Mosquera can smell the scent of a world title fight. But first he must remove a roadblock named Walter Castillo of Nicaragua. Castillo and Mosquera will fight at 140 pounds (junior welterweight) for the Latin championship of the World Boxing Council (WBC) on February 9th at the Arena Roberto Duran in Panama. The winner will move ahead to a possible world title opportunity by the end of the year.
