Pac's cut was from a headbutt, so this is just as ****** to say as the people claiming Pac won because of Marquez's face.

Lol, still that diminishes at all that ****** theory that a lot of guys have been saying, especially because headbutts are for both guys, since I don't think Pacquiao headbutted himself, so maybe Marquez face was also swollen because of some headbutts right?
Still this isn't the main point in here, I just don't see how in hell his cut was fine for Marquez IV on May 5th, but not OK for Mayweather Jr on May 5th.

It's ridiculous, and obviously nothing more than an excuse. If a cut is okay to fight one guy, it's okay to fight another. A cut doesn't change how rapidly it heals based on who a guy is going to fight. Unless Pacquiao is so supernatural and godlike that his cuts are different from those of mere mortals.
