IF Mayweather wants his own team of GBP and Haymon to promote this why is it up to Top Rank to make this happen? TR clearly state they will take of Manny's side IF Mayweather can take care of his then the fight can be made.

I think what it is more is TR wondering how exactly, from a financial perspective, the sum of the two purses make this fight lucrative for all involved and they want to see if Mayweather can finance his own end with Haymon GBP et al

it's not normally done this way but with the exorbitant amount both will want there is going to have to be some creative financing to make this fight 1. happen and 2. profitable for all

THAT IMO is why this fight isn't signed right now
