Khan should have sort revenge for the Prescott defeat way before he started saying there was nothing left for him in LW. You should not accept a defeat where you get sparked out in the first round by a guy whose subsequent fights have been awful, and then expect to be taken seriously by any people outside of the nutt-hugging Khan circle.

Khan needs to beat Prescott, cos no matter how many titles he wins back, no matter who he takes on, that crushing defeat will still hang over him. It's a dangerous fight for Khan, since Prescott is bigger full stop. Khan cannot deal with pressure and brute force like we saw in the Peterson fight. When guys walk past his candy-floss flurry punches, he gets exposed.

Khan is scared of the same result happening again, that's why he hasn't challenged Prescott and tbh that's all I feel about Khan. He's a boy in a mans sport.

Prescott has enough to worry about with his own boxing game in figuring out ways to beat the Paul McCloskey's of the boxing world, then worrying about b*tching for a pointless rematch with Amir Khan.

no need to underrate khan ... he'd be a heavy favorite in a prescott rematch. many ex. and current top boxers have been exposed before ... and came back stronger.
as a khan fan i don't have a problem with him losing a close fight, even without the titles he's a bigger draw than most other boxers... he can recover easily.
his complaints about the peterson fight are pretty embarassing however. if you lose a fight in the ring then complain about things outside the ring (in a nitpicking manner) then there must be something wrong. it's always been known that if you fight in your opponent's backyard you have to put up a very convincing performance. pro boxing just isn't one of those sports with undisputable rules.

Does Pacquiao still have Torrecampo and Singsurat defeats hanging over him or should he go back and correct them too?

          No logic.

You're exactly right on this point. Khan's style is very reliant on being the bigger man. His defense requires being able to reach his opponent without his opponent being able to do the same. When fights someone like Prescott or Peterson who can touch him from a distance he has a very hard time keeping them off.

I've always said that for Khan the big punchers aren't necessarily the most dangerous opponents. Guys who are accurate and willing to throw 3-4 punches in combination are going to give Khan hell because if you touch him with 1 punch he just goes into a shell and freezes and it makes it easier to land the others behind it.

I think there would be a lot of interest in a Prescott rematch but don't hold a lot of faith that it will happen. If Team Khan don't get a rematch with Peterson or don't manage to overturn the decision into a no contest. I feel a rematch with Salita or Oisin ***an has better chances than Prescott.

Let him get the payday. He looked like **** in every other fight after Khan that I seen except the Alvarado fight but he faded down the line.

SMH, this guy again. Give it up Prescott, you have a knockout win over the dude. Sad thing is that will be the only thing he's remembered for in boxing.

was he not a heavy favourite to deal with prescott first time round?
he's improved a fair bit since then but it's not like it was a remotely close fight before.
