GBP's Swiss Banker got a fax or email from Arum's lawyer saying that they weren't interested in pursuing a Floyd fight atm...they wanted a 4th Marquez fight.....so they did try to handle it civil....but at some point you have to treat a b!tch like a b!tch....pull that b!tch card and reveal the b!tch thats deep inside that b!tch to the world....on twitter thats possible.....if Arum would've wanted to sit down like money makers do and talk then it wouldn't have come to this.....I applaud Floyd, he's been quiet for too long and this is what I wanted to see from him.....and if you dudes wanna believe that the best counter puncher in the sport was afraid of a dude who can't handle counter punchers....then so be it!!

No he made it clear months ago that May 5th was the date just like Bob did with Mayweather last year with his countdown clock. Not only that he goes to jail June 1st. How do you not understand this?

If he fights late in the month how does that leave any time for preparations for jail? Injuries etc? Do you guys even think or just back Bob and his ducking ways?

May 5th is ok for JMM, it is ok for Mayweather. The bottom line is, Team Pac takes the fight or be known as true cowards...

At this point, I don't even care if Pacquiao fights Mayweather.

I just want to see him fight, instead of wasting time even acknowledging Mayweather, they should just move on. Pacquiao is at the tail end of his career, and I just want to enjoy his fights like many of his fans. He's a fighter that comes in once in a blue moon.

They should stop getting drawn in to all the media BS Mayweather is trying to pull.

Completely agree with the last part. Floyd and pacquiao are not in their prime. This fight should have happenes years ago. I remember when leonard-hearns was made and experts believed these two fighters we old but they were both under 33... the perfect time to make the fight has already passed...

Could not agree more with this post. That this fight didn't happen two years ago is a crime. Neither is a prime fighter now and the answer to the question who would win between a prime Pacquiao and prime Mayweather can no longer ever be known. That is a travesty. And, the longer they wait, the more a fight favors Mayweather. Pacquiao's style and the wars he's been in will make him age rapidly in the ring.

Since when does a fighter get to pick an arbitrary date and then force another equally big name fighter to fight on it? Never. This is just dumb and for you to give credence to it like it is some magical line in the sand is asnine. If the only thing stopping the fight being made is floyd's refusal to move off of May 5, then he doesn't want to make the fight. Similarly, if Floyd comes back and says May 19th and Pacquaio says no, it has to be May 26th, then Pacquaio doesn't want the fight. But let's not pretend May 5 is some carved in stone date that Mayweather can't move off. To be honest, May 5th would only be unmoveable if Mayweather were fighting a Mexican.
