MORALES VS. PACQUIAO II TICKETS ON SALE TODAY
FOR 'THE BATTLE' PPV
AT THOMAS AND MACK!!!!
Tickets are on sale today for Top Rank's big 'The Battle' PPV featuring Erik Morales vs. Manny Pacquiao II on Saturday, Jan. 21 at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas.
Morales and Pacquiao have both promised victory.
"We took Morales too lightly the last time," said Freddie Roach, chief trainer for Pacquiao. "Manny had just knocked out Barrera. We took a look at Morales and thought he was finished. We had disruptions in camp. We had a glove issue. We had issues with Manny's room at the casino - lots of internal stuff. But that's all behind us. We will be more focused, we will wear the gloves we want to wear and we will win the fight and beat Erik Morales. Don't be surprised if it ends early."
Morales said he is "not concerned" with the brand of gloves Pacquiao will wear on fight night.
"I plan on wearing Winning gloves," Morales said.
Pacquiao said he will wear Reyes, a puncher's glove.
Tickets are $500, $300, $200, $100 and $50. Bob Arum of Top Rank said there are a large number of $50 tickets available for this event.
