You mean in general, not the recent (supposedly erroneous) reports that he's detiorated, right?

Yeah, his motor skills are effected, and his speech is severely slurred (though it gets better and worse from day to day - I saw him looking really ill on the Oprah Winfrey show with Will Smith but thought he looked a lot better at the Tyson-McBride fight) but his intellectual capacity is said to be unaffected.
