I got to spar with him as well, he was very fast and moved in an awkward way. I never got to spar with Joel Julio but I did spar one of his guys from Colombia that was at the gym and he gave me a good lesson in speed and movement.

I'm older now so I can't go like I used to but it's fun just to be in there with those guys.
