LOL...STFU with the excuses already. If 3 months is really is the number your using as an excuse then explain why Arum talking about fighting Floyd in November...That is even a shorter time to promote the fight up from the day Floyd steps out of jail to November then it is from here to May!!! Stop making excuses for Manny's ducking. Your excuses sounds as credible as Arum using the excuse to feeding Manny to Floyd on the later date because Arum wants to build a stadium for the fight lol.........

aligning all the sponsors
etc etc

takes time when it is at this level

while I think BOTH sides' fans have said they want to see this fight has anyone really thought this through financially?

at 50/50 and if the asking price is around 60-75 million each it would be impossible IMO

Lets take you back to Jan 2010, Fight date set for March 13th 2010. 3 months.

Seemed 3 months was OK then, what changed in the last 2 years.

Mayweather was stalling because he knew less than 3 months was too short of a time period to promote the fight, forcing Pacquiao to walk away.

Again, if Floyd and his fans are serious about wanting this fight to happen, why not just agree with changing the date to the end of May? That's not a big deal. Pac agreed to Floyd's testing and is willing to accept a smaller purse, so why not give him the benefit of the doubt that he needs more time to be sure that the cut is completely healed?

What's so important that it has to be on May 5 or no fight?

Floyd fans, including those who placed me on ignore, can you give a good reason for this?

It take 3 months minimum to promote and prepare a fight like this. Floyd can wait till the 2nd week of Feb.

What excuses? Pacquiao should fight Mayweather but just as in the last 2 and a half years Mayweather doesn't want it.

Come on calling some out on twitter, please, if that was the case Mayweather been ducking Khan every week for the past two years.

To be honest, I tried to look for a direct quote from Pac where he says he is good with May 5, but I could not find any.
So just to have no disagreements on this, kindly show the link.
