Well I have came to the conclusion that they aren't exactly willing to bet the HOUSE sort of speak on a Manny victory against Floyd Mayweather.

So they would rather the fight not happen than Manny losing to Floyd which is sad.

Difference is Mayweather is calling Pac out in the media like so many boxers/fighters before. Bob is talking about not fighting Floyd through the media. What happened to the Top Rank count down clock? OR Floyd wanting 100 Mil to fight, and Floyd being Bob's top priority when Floyd was semi retired?

Calling manny out is NOT a negotiation. Its posturing to please the fans. You think Manny's sitting in his chair thinking. "OO Boy Floyd called me out on twitter again, i have to make the fight now. The blood test, the money split, the location, all that dont matter"

No matter what Manny says or does it wont matter to floyd fans regardless, so why would he even bother? Manny can say i want floyd, and they will say it dont matter what you say. Manny can say i want Novemember and they will say see told you hes scared. Manny is in a no win situation, always. He will no longer win the PR war going forward. Sensible fans know what is going on.

If Manny is questioned, he states that he wants to fight Mayweather, but that Bob Arum is his promoter and he will decide Pac's next opponent.

That is whiney, non-committal, b1tch-speak, and you know it, because Arum has categorically stated on numerous occasions that Pacquiao has the final say.

What's so important about May 5? Why not at the end of May, as Arum is asking? Manny agreed to Floyd's demand on testing and is willing to take a smaller purse, so why would Floyd insist on May 5 or no fight? Why not just agree to Arum's request and make this fight finally happen? Surely, Floyd knows that pegging the date on May 5 creates a risk for Manny because of the cut he sustained from the Marquez fight.
