You're the one that's lying. Pacquiao has never said anything "similar". He usually says that everything depends in his promoter. He's never come close to calling Mayweather out. People call him a puppet because he seems to allow Arum to call all of the shots. If Pacquiao honestly wants Mayweather then you would see Arum out here trying to work with Team Mayweather for the May 5th date instead of coming up with excuse after excuse.
