Didn't Arum say that the biggest major part of the money made from these events were from the PPV buys and not gate tickets.....Arum said this when Arum was asked why his still promoting Pac/Marquez3 if its been sold out.

Yes, he did..... Pacquiao did duck Ortiz, that is not even debatable.

Pacquiao stated that Ortiz was " too green ", despite the fact that.....

1.) Ortiz laid hands on Pac in the gym, and Freddie Roach described that session as "the best sparring EVER".

2.) Ortiz put on a great performance in a leading FOTY candidate to beat a guy who was high on Pacquiao's own shortlist.

3.) Ortiz was the third best welter on the planet, and Pacquiao has never fought a welter ranked that high.

I am not convinced at all that Manny could beat Ortiz, Vic would give him fits.

Ortiz is strong, fast, skilled, hungry, and right on top of his game.

Boxing is a learning curve, and fighters develop differently. Regardless as to who your opponent is, he will be most dangerous when he is right on top of his game. Confidence and self belief are a HUGE asset to a fighter, and significantly under-rated...... and sometimes even guys who are not elite or world class can have a little purple patch where they are most dangerous.

When is the last time that Manny fought an opponent who was on top of his game?

Now look me in the eye and try to tell me that is a coincidence.

If something happens once it is a coincidence, if something happens twice it could still be coincidence..... but when something happens 8 consecutive times, then that is a plan.
